10 basics is a bit low when 8 of them are weak and you don't have any trainers to get more quickly.

But the main problem I see is a horrible colorless weakness (I assume that you are playing the holo Flygon because of the deck title and you are probably playing the rare Vibrava as well). I think it would be best to change the Altaria's to something else (I would suggest fighting Pokemon to at least be able to attack the opponent's regular colorless Pokemon like Delcatty, Linoone and Zangoose). How about 3 Solrock and 2 Lunatone (you have the energy already) and then two Lanette to get the basics out faster.

I don't understand why you are playing low pressure system when you only have two electric Pokemon. Surely you can find a better stadium (Power Plant would in my opinion be perfect for this deck).

I would probably play slightly different trainers. Warp point will probably be better than Switch since you don't induce any status effects yourself.
