Unless this attack Knocks Out the Defending Pokemon, return the Defending Pokemon and all cards attached to it to your opponents hand

wud u win next turn because they don't have any pokemon on the field?

Oh, you wouldn't win "next turn" you'd win immediately because your opponent has no Pokemon in play. Just like if you Knocked Out their last Pokemon in play.
