I had a similar question but it was more retaining to a friend was telling me that their TO wasnt letting them use RPS cards. It is currently in the ATM forum. They answer my question and yours in my post.

I don't understand why anyone would have a problem just playing a normal game of RPS.

I plead arthritis. My hands just don't work as well as they used too
