Rarest Figure??

What is the Rarest figure on these?? Lil Fish is starting to play this (as if we didn't have enough to spend on cards right) and he is wanting certain figures the ole reliable here is having troubles finding. So I was wondering is there a Rarity in these as well?? If someone could post this in order (best that you can) that would be fantastic!!

Last I heard, they are all of the same rarity. But obviously the ones that are not secret figures are easier to obtain.

The rarest figure would be a 1st edition crystal or pearl figure from the original Australian release. Or perhaps the 1st edition Judge promo figure, given the apparently limited print run of those Battle Starters.
