"Real Mature, Buddy" - Wooper's 06 Nats Report

Then we have to walk for like a million miles to reach the National Championship, which is conveniently located at the very end of the hall. Real mature. I run into Blastoise Shellshocker, who informs us that Magnechu’s father passed away due to cancer just the day before, and who had set up a donation box at the front table. I talk to Mikey later and he tells me that a flower arrangement was present at the wake from “Our Pokemon Friends.” Props to everybody who dropped even just a couple bucks in. It was pretty cool to see that donation box every time I walked by the head table.

I want to personally thank anyone that donated into this and me and the family greatly appreciate it. We'll see ALL of you at Worlds! =D

-Pirates of the Caribbean 2 (just saw it a few hours ago!).

That should be a slop pffffffft

And I'm not on the props. You silly little..wooper, you. ;x

~SUPERCHU BROOOOOOOOOOS WOOOOOOOOOOOOO

A special shout out to Melody who volunteered to sleep on the floor one night so I could have a bed.
You jerk, you made a girl take the floor :nonono: j/k.

Jon decides to keep a constant speed of eighty. We weren’t going too much faster than any of the traffic around us, but a policeman pulled us over and give Jon a whopping speeding ticket anyway.
I didn't think there was a speed limit out there. But don't y'all know: always slow down when a cop gets behind you :thumb: .

As it turned out, antifreeze was leaking out of the car in all the wrong places (even out the muffler) and it was spilling on to the ground and making for one disgusting sight.
wow.

LittleGreenBoxes said:
7) Well, what happend with that is... the car can't be fixed because the part like, doesn't exist or is very... w/e. there is like a waiting list for that particluar part... soo.... we're going to go pick up the stuff from the car and actual PARTS from the car, and... leave it there? IDK but we aren't taking it back.
o_O

David and I play keep-away with Melody’s purple beanie cow while we wait for the guys to diagnose the problem, but after a while she gets pretty angry with us about it so I give the cow back. Sorry Mel.
*lol*. Sounds like the situation was pretty normal out there, aside from the car spewing antifreeze everywhere.

The artwork was rather bad, but the Worlds logo was cool.
everybody's a critic. I liked it. Lets see you do better.

SuperWooper said:
but poor Melody gets a seat near the front of the bus.
all by herself? Poor Melody, all alone and afraid

SuperWooper said:
A few people asked me afterward if Nationals was worth the money and the time that it took. I still haven’t given them a clear answer back, because I honestly don’t know.
I'd say definitely yes but that's because I do other things as well as Pokemon. I was rather irritated that the Saturday main event took an hour per round. That left very little opportunity to go through the dealer's room.

SuperWooper said:
-Anyone at the convention who showered each day.
each day? Well, I made it a priority to shower atleast every other day, if not everyday. Overshowering is bad for you too

SuperWooper said:
-You for skipping through most of what I wrote!
SuperWooper, contrary to your belief, we don't want to know about every time you showered

LittleGreenBoxes said:
Why am i in the Props and Slops? xP I didn't take a shower!
Not once? :nonono: . TMI. Oh, to be as young as you. Melody (if you're reading), what time did you wake up? It sounds like you were/are usually the first one up. Then again, you do go to bed insanely early. The time I go to bed has little impact on the time I wake up - it's more closely tied to how well I slept.

The Andersons have the most interesting times playing Pokemon. Great job reporting the events, SuperWooper (although you really do have a problem with wordiness. My English Professor made us do an activity where we wrote a description, and then cut the word count by half on revision. Try it). Do you think it was worth driving or do you think taking a plane would have been better?

Well, i chose to sleep on the floor both nights. (the one before nats and the one before top cut >_<) I don't mind sleeping on the floor unlike SOME people. Well... most people. xP

errrmmm... no. The lady i was sitting next to didn't bother me or constrict my space so i had enough room to sleep/read my travel aword.

Benlugia - Wow, nice job you scrub. =( There's always next year to turn someone's backpack inside out, though (and then, optional, but hilarious: duct tape it to a flag pole).

pat460 - Your eyes hurt after you read it? Think how much my eyes hurt while I was writing it. GG sir!

Umbreon777 - It's brilliant! How did I miss it earlier? Actually, I was completely ready to just slash the tires of every car in all of Columbus and then drive to the event and be the only one there so I could get the award, but that didn't end up working out.

Miiiikey - AAACK! How could I forget the coolest most afrolicious Pokeman player in all the land? A thousand props to the Life Cereal poster child himself (and incidentally, Pirates 2's ending will be worth it once the third comes out like a year from now <_<)!

Tim - Want to talk about wordiness? How about your reply? =D I was trying to catch Ross's eleven thousand three hundred some odd word tournament report with this one (I went back and double checked and triple checked) but I still don't know the word count on mine, so you'll all have to wait in suspense! Bwahaha.

By the way, EVERYBODY wants to know when I take my showers.

Melody (again?) - Umm, sorry. ;/ I'll edit that right up (when I get around to doing so).

I slept on the floor all four nights. It was super comfortable since I got so many pillows and blankets - possibly better than the beds  . Really though, you go to bed too early *nods*

PenguinMaster - OMGZ! The 11-14 NATS CHAMP replied to my tournament report! Pink tee vs purple cow; the rematch of the century at Worlds 06? =O (BELIEVE)
