    13 : Psychic Energy, DP-127

    Strategy:
Use Pachi to get a ralts, magikarp, and a snubbull. Then get a T2 Gardy and a T2 Granbull or Gyrados. Use Psy shadow to get damage on Granbull/Gyrados. Then just keep trying to get Gardies out(2 should be enough(hopefully)). If up against Gallade/Lucario/"Insert pokemon with psychic weakness here" scramble a gardy and load it up with psy energies and play LB. With Mag, do that same with 'Dos except replace psy energies with damage counters.

IMO, this deck is easier with Ursaring. Same concept, more damage in the long run.

Granbull seems interesting, but shaky. Does it work? What about Magius instead?
