I am still deciding whether to go to Fort Worth or Tyler one.
Fort Worth's highway is a little confusing.
 
MP Birch has been asked about the "Booster Draft" after the prerelease. Shane and Danny will call MP Birch with the number of players for the prerelease in Fort Worth on Saturday. At that time, MP Birch will decide if there will be a "Booster Draft". If there is a "Booster Draft", the cost is $20.00 and you will receive 8-packs of the "Rising Rivals". The "Booster Draft" will not be a sanctioned event. Questions???

So even if you played in the pre-release, you have to pay 20 bucks?
Also, with that many packs, will the B.D. run as normal? 30 seconds to open each pack and 30 minutes to set up a deck?

Yes, the entry fee will be $20.00. Players will still be drafting with six packs of cards. After the tournament, they will receive two packs when they return their energy cards.

Oh yeah!! I think by the time all the cards are paid for, plus gas going places, plus time - it ends up being about $0.02/hour. Or maybe it was -$0.02/hour. I can never remember. :rolleyes:

Considering the average pack cost 3.99 now adays. 6 packs alone would be 23.94 not including tax. I dont think someone is gettign rich off of giving 8 at 20.00.

Two Platinum:Rising Rivals Prerelease events remain for North Texas! You want to be sure and make it to at least one!

Saturday at Comic Book Craze in Garland! Registration starts at 10:00 a.m., and Deckbuilding will hopefully start around 11:00 a.m.!

Sunday at Fantasy Quest in Sherman! Again, registration starts at 10:00 a.m. and Deckbuilding scheduled for 11:00 a.m.!

Don't miss 'em, you're likely going to want some of these cards for the upcoming Battle Roads!

Sorry Shane...I will not be able to attend the two prerelease this weekend especially Garland one because I have to attend my older brother's wedding.
 
Professor Spotter will once again be running the "Rising Rivals Prerelease" for MP Birch this Saturday at "Comic Book Craze". MP Birch has way too much work going on at my job!!! With the "BIG BOSS" coming into town on Monday, MP Birch has a lot of work to do have things in order in the newly expanded office and warehouse. I am sure that Professor Spotter will take care of all of your Pokemon needs tomorrow. Have fun with the new cards and I will miss all of you.

Sorry you can't come to the prerelease, David. Weddings are so irrelevant compared to Pokemon.
