HGSS-on Round About

This is while we're still good in the HGSS-Onward format. Until Exploud comes out I'm honestly not too sure what to make of my favorite fun deck until then.

Pokemon:

4 Tympole
4 Palpitoad (Round)
4 Seismitoad (Round)
4 Jigglypuff
4 Wigglytuff (Round)

T/S/S:

4 Pokemon Collector
4 Prof. Juniper
4 Prof. Oak's New Theory
2 Pokegear 3.0
3 Heavy Ball
4 Level Ball
3 Rare Candy
2 Rescue Scarf
2 Super Rod
2 Switch

Energy:

6 Water Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy

Goal is simple. Abuse Round by getting out Seismitoad by turn 2 or 3, whichever comes first, plant some more Wigglytuffs and Palpitoads and sing the Round Song for a maximum of 180. It'll be 300 once Exploud comes out, but with four Pokemon with Round that would be more than enough so therefore more room for the deck when BW-Onward officially starts.

This is the deck that I'm notorious for around my leagues. It's a fun and relatively powerful deck when it gets going. Sometimes you get your good draws you get your bad draws but it's still a treat to play. What do you guys think? How could this deck be done in BW-Onward before Exploud comes out to deal the better damage?

I would max out Rare Candy because the difference between Palpitoad and Seismitoad Round damage is major. Maybe add Mew EX so you could OHKO Mewtwo EX with Round?
