Can players agree to draw only a specific game rather than draw the match?
If it is allowed, does that means players can agree an ID offer of a specific game in Bo3 match (no matter swiss or elimination), and that will force to start a tiebreaker game to decide the result of this specific game (cause there are no "game ties" in Bo3 Match)?
In TRH, it only says that players are permitted to make a single offer to draw the "game".
No other description about what will happened if players agree the ID offer or define what is draw the game means (make the match record is tie, make the game they playing to a draw game, or both can be selected to do), and it also doesn't talk about which rule players can offer an ID offer (Only in the rule has match tie ? Or players can do it in any rules, even if a match must to have a winner?).
I feel confused. I think the ID rule in TRH is not rigorous enough.
To be honest, I think most people will believe that ID is for making match record tie (at least it is in PTCG, cause there is not game record in PTCG, tiebreaker only use the metrics of match record).
So I think the operations of above case ( make an ID and force to tiebreaker game of a specific game) is really weird and unreasonable in PTCG (at least in no tie rule is), but I can't explain why it violate the rule : (
So I want to know how can I read/explain the rule and comprehend what is the rule about Intentional Draw correctly.
