== NIGHT VISION (Sableye - EX:Deoxys)

Q. Is my opponent allowed to rearrange his or her hand after I look at his or
her cards with Night Vision?
A. Yes. Your opponent can mix up the order of his or her hand once the
Poké-Power has been resolved, even if you have an effect that lets you discard a
card from his or her hand without looking during that same turn. (EX:Deoxys FAQ,
Q3; Feb 3, 2005 PUI Rules Team)

== WISHING STAR (Jirachi - EX:Deoxys)

Q. What happens to the other 4 cards I looked at with the Wishing Star
Poké-Power?
A. After looking at them and choosing 1 to go to your hand, shuffle the other 4
cards in with the rest of the deck. (EX:Deoxys FAQ, Q2; Feb 3, 2005 PUI Rules
Team)

POKEMON ATTACKS
----------------------------------------------------------------------

== DARKNESS BLAST (Sharpedo EX - EX:Deoxys)

Q. If I use Sharpedo-EX's "Darkness Blast", who chooses the Energy card
discarded from the Defending Pokémon?
A. The attacker would choose and discard an Energy card from the Defending
Pokémon. (If it's a Metal Special Energy card on a Metal Pokémon, the damage
would still be reduced before discarding the Energy card.) (EX:Deoxys FAQ, Q8;
Feb 3, 2005 PUI Rules Team)

== LIABILITY (Weezing - EX:Deoxys)

Q. How does Weezing's "Liability" attack work when the Defending Pokémon has an
ability that reduces damage?
A. Weezing's attack puts damage counters on the Defending Pokémon - abilities
that reduce damage don't have an effect on that kind of attack. (EX:Deoxys FAQ,
Q6; Feb 3, 2005 PUI Rules Team)

== SELFDESTRUCT (Magneton - Base Set & Fossil, Magnemite - Base Set; Baltoy -
EX:Deoxys)
[CHRISBO NOTE: Add Baltoy to the section header]

Q. Let's say I use Baltoy's "Selfdestruct" attack. If it Knocks Out my
opponent's Pokémon, does the new Active Pokémon still get the 10 damage it would
have received when it was on the Bench?
A. Yes. Resolve all of the effects of the Selfdestruct attack before removing
the KO'd Pokémon. The Benched Pokémon would take 10 damage before moving up to
the Active Pokémon spot. (EX:Deoxys FAQ, Q7; Feb 3, 2005 PUI Rules Team)

== DECKS

Q. Can a World Championship deck card be used as a local language reference?
A. Yes, it can be used. The card is not being played in a deck, it is being used
as a reference. (Feb 3, 2005 PUI Rules Team)
