San Diego Comic-Con, 7/20-24

if you are going to SDCC and are interested in volunteering in the TPCi booth, please let me know ASAP volunteers get booster packs for their time.

the booth is going to be different this year: the TCGOnline will be the main demo game. we will not be demo'ing the physical card game. please don't ask if i can get you a badge; there aren't any available as the few i had have already been assigned.

there WILL be a tournament room upstairs again, though sealed events will now have a fee to cover cost of product.

I so would like to join for a tournament (other than a sealed), however I have a lot of French cards, which are not allowed. Could I still use an international deck at league ? (In tournament also would be great. :biggrin: )

TPCi stopped (officially) with event cards like Comic-Con (USA) and Pokémon Day (Europe) as announced at the OPC meeting in Paris (France).

My thanks goes to the staff and to all people that were here !

I couldn't play in Modified and Unlimited tournaments because of a lack of English cards, so I hoped I could play in Sealed tournaments. I'm sad they have been canceled. However I did have a great time at leagues, everyone were kind, and cool league stuff I wasn't even aware of. Great done all !

I want to say thank you to all the players that showed up AND were patient with us at the lack of sealed events. We really wanted to have them and tried all we could to have them, but it just wasn't to be this year. I do know that steps are being taken so that this won't happen next year and sealed tournaments will return.

I also want to thank everyone that helped pull off a great weekend. Sure made things interesting to say the least, but I do think we managed to pull it off pretty darn well. Not to mention all those that dontated stuff to Trish to use as prizes. That kind of support is why I love this game and community. Was worth giving up some nice SDCC goodies to repay that support. : )
