Registration start time: 9:30 am
Registration ends at 10:00 am
admission: $30 per player, cash preferred please!
Each player will now receive a special Prerelease box. This box contains a 22-card Prerelease pack to provide a solid foundation, plus four 10-card booster packs and an exclusive foil promo card. Players will use the cards from their Prerelease box, plus basic Energy cards provided by the Tournament Organizer, to build a 40-card deck.
Then, it's time to compete against the other Pokémon TCG deck builders! Players will start with only four Prize cards, to accelerate play and account for the smaller decks.
After the 3 round tourney is completed, each player will get their two bonus packs (3 packs for juniors).
***For this prerelease, we are going to experiment with the following: one pack will be given to the winner of each *seniors/masters* match IF there are enough players to run the groups separated. If seniors get combined with juniors they will get 3 packs at the end, but no 'match' packs.
So a senior/master player can earn/win up to three additional packs, based on their record. Even if you lose all three games, you still get the two bonus packs at the end, just as in previous prereleases.***
