Pelipper is an interesting idea, but the rest of the deck just doesn't seem to work right. There is a link in my signature to an article I wrote and posted here that may help.

 

I was working on a Pelipper deck, but I haven't got the cards to try it and test it yet (I've only had 18 SS boosters and they weren't brilliant). Working on Ex-on, by the way.

It's probably not great. I was going to use Dunsparce to get the basics I need, linoone and wally to find my evos... and use Psyduck and Claw Fossil to stall (Psyducks confuse would often force an enemy to retreat - great if its an Evolution fully powered up!
