Well okay. Apparently, I broke "The Rules" with the last try by not posting a 60 card list.
So the starred cards are just there to put it at 60. Ignore them.

Pokémon:*

3-3 Scizor Prime
3 Cobalion NV
3-2-2 Klingklang (shift gear)
3 Skarmory
1-1 Bisharp NV

Trainers:*

2 Switch
3 Pokémon Communication
1 Catcher
1 Rare Candy
2 Sage's Training
3 PONT
2 Juniper
3 Collector
4 Dual Ball*
3 Exp Share*

Energy:*

3 Rescue
4 Sp. Metal
8 Metal

Strategy is to get Scizor up to lock, because a fair few decks are going to be running DCE or Prism, it seems.

Are you using Bisharp for Energy Stream? If not, you definitely don't need it. But in my opinion, it is unnecessary even so. Skarmory should be your preferred start for early energy acceleration, so I'd take out the Bisharp and max out Skarmory. That leaves you with one open slot. I would put in 2 catchers to help disrupt setup. You could also KO a benched Mewtwo that has no energy. To make room for that, take out the 3 exp. shares and 1 klang (3-1-2 line) and then also put in a Shaymin UL and 2 seekers. Those cards are invaluable in this deck.

I run a deck similar to this one. One card I included was Smoochum since not all of your opponents will have a special energy attached you may need to do it for your opponent. "Energy Antics" does this for no cost. The other thing is that you want to max out your switches since Klinklang has a :colorless::colorless::colorless: retreat and a flippy attack. So, even with the ability to power him up, you do not want him as your attacker. Also, if you are using Skarmory you should plan on losing one or two so try to fit in some Twins. This could let you grab a Rare Candy and Klinklang. Exp. Share is something I have been experimenting with as well.

This is similar to what im trying to build, the main difference is that im gonna be running steelix prime along with scizor and cobalion.
A few other points worth noting:
i wouldnt recommend sages training
consider flowershop lady
possibly more catcher
a greatball in there might be useful
possibly some interviewers questions/cilan

E is talking about reshiboar/rehiplosion. They can live/work without DCE

They still have issues with energy then from Coballion. Gonna need to retreat a lot in order to attack. They have to manage resources very carefully to not run dry trying to take 6 prizes. Typhlo won't be able to lay down energy fast enough all game and you just catcher up Emboar killing it and/or making them discard 4 to retreat. Thats a whole fisherman wasted there. It's not that bad really.

Yea, plus those decks may run prisim energy.

I went 4-4 at Indiana states with a deck very similar to this. I had 2-1-2 Klinklang, 4-4 Scizor, and had Cleffa and GigasEX instead of Bisharp and Skarmory. I also put in a 2-2 Simipour line to counter fire. Unfortunately, my first match was against one of my league guys with Reshiboar, and it didn't help because I could never get him powered up quickly enough to make a difference.

Catcher is wonderful in this deck, and Max Potion probably won me at least one match. I like the idea of Exp. Share, too. I also used two Sage's and found them effective. My favorite match of the day was against a Truth player who scooped after I got a turn two Scizor active. He didn't run any basic energy, so it was going to be next to impossible for him to win.
