Yeah I know, I just felt like starting yet another pointless argument in which I would lose, but, thats me:p

I still think that this deck can beat Magmortar, I would think KO your typholsion and cats would hurt you a lot.
The only thing I would be worried about is scramble.
 
well when you spend time ko'ing typhlosions and delcatty's i'm still hitting your ex every single turn AND healing myself if you don't ohko me, as well as sniping your darkrai lv x, doing 100 damage to a benched shiftry (an easy ko after two 40-20-20 attacks) and the fact that you only have 30 more hp than me (10 more than the lv x) but i take an extra prize every time i knock you out.... and i won't even get started on scramble.

This list can easily drop the Pokedex to add 1 mentor, bebe's, mars, and another crystal beach.
 
If this deck dosent play the fishing engine,it wouldnt be fast enough to even last llong since u wanna setup 2 or more shiftry in a few turns early in the beginning of the game for it to be really effective against anything.Your best matchup would be Electivire but who plays that??

Ya, I have come to realize that, this deck is REALLY slow:frown:
 
I think someone already mentioned this to you before, you want to speed this deck up, run Furret instead of Absol. It becomes a different deck but you will not get the speed using absol as the starter.

WHat I think I am going to do is cut out half of this deck and go with a much better way to run this deck. There will be no starter, and 18 pokemon. It will run the fishing engine....
 
Wow I know some people use it as a tech but someone trying to make a deck out of him. Hope it works for you. Its tough to play 4 ex's these days but I might give it a try for fun. Will the non ex shiftry help any?
 
I ran Shiftry as a deck, last season with Mawile CG to help search out my Trainers that I needed. It worked fairly well...Got me 2nd in two BR's before Worlds 'o7

I would almost rather run GE Mawile with the fishing engine so I can draw cards fairly easily. And by NO means will I run 4 Shiftry EX. I have thought about the other shiftry, the evo fan one, and it could help save u from a knockout. I still think CG Shiftry EX is a great play because powers are on the rise again.

Shiftry EX deck was ran at states last year and it was zzzzzzamazing. Sabeleye DX FTW!!!!!<3

^I would use Sableye SW for a starter in this deck. Get 3-4 Trainers and you can play pretty much all of them next turn.

Edit: And what is a finger roll? Thats been annoying me for so long.

well since I can't get my video to work right on youtube, I cant show it, but I will explain.

The Finger Roll is something that I do at all my tournaments. it is where I place both of my hands in a fist-like position, and I basically flick my fingers on the table. My fingers are rolling on the table, basically. It sounds like a horse Galloping...well, thats what Dark Jake said it sounded like:p
It is basically something I do when I am really bored and since I am a drummer, it helps kepping rythm in my fingers. When I get the video up, you will be the 1st one I show!!!:thumb:
