There was plenty of magmortar at FL regionals/states but they conveniently never had to play them.
Banette can still lose to GG pretty easily. GG is more prepared for banette now. Bringing down shuppets, wagering and locking, and straight up OHKOing banettes with gallade are all viable strategy. Dusknoir after banette has taken 3-4 prizes can also pose some big problems as it easily OHKOs banettes and is at least a 2hko.
Is Banette a 90-10 vs GG? I really don't think so. I don't think that matchup ratio really exists apart from magmortar vs swampertpalkiamantine.
