Well, it was never an expensive card.
The collectors and little kids never picked up on it because it's power was not in big attack damage but in disruption.
Not something the collectors care much about.
So, $2-3. $5 at the top.
I just bought one from an eBay seller about two weeks ago for $2.00 including shipping! Then about three weeks ago I bought one from my TO for $1. Sorry to say they are not in demand at all, and the value just isn't there. I'd say PokePop's estimate is very accurate.
