Ok I dont know too much about Unlimited really cause I havent played it in ages but I do know some nessacary things that decks need these days and here is the list Id play.

Now I know this might look odd but try it before you complain. Id like to know how it goes for ya

Looks good, but drop Defender for 2 Cleffa, and 2 Rainbow. Challenge might also help, so drop a Lightning and a Oak for those changes. Other than that, I like the deck.

The Captain's fix is good, but I'd drop two Lightnings for the Challenges instead of a Lightning and an Oak. Also, drop three more Lightning for 2 Pokemon Fan Clubs and a Town Volunteers. As I see it, Challenge! only has two drawbacks here -- one, your opponent might only let you draw 2 cards, and two, your opponent might accept and get his Sneasel strategy going too. I think this deck is equipped to handle both scenarios.
