Snorlax Block vs Enamorous V's Guardian of Love

Hello.
My question is a simple one.

If my opponent has a Snorlax with the Block ability (As long as this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, your opponent's Active Pokémon can't retreat) in the active, does my benched Enamorous V's Guardian of Love ability (Prevent all effects of your opponent's Pokemon's Abilities done to each of your Pokemon that has any psychic Energy attached, except any Enamorous V) allow my active to retreat if it has Psychic energy attached?

If so, does this also apply to Enamorous V in the active?
Does this ability also prevent abilities such as Iron Valiant's Tachyon Bits and Iron Bundle's Hyper Blower?

Yes, as long as it is not an Enamorus V it would be able to retreat.

It also applies to the other Abilities. Note that for Hyper Blower, the Active pokemon is the target and that is what needs to have a Psychic Energy attached.
Again, Enamorus V does not protect itself or any card with the same name.
