The deck runs off of sniping through the usage of Restructure in conjunction with switching, retreating, and the usage of Swampert's power. Togekiss is used to speed up energy placement, and if Blissey's already out, kind egg can be used to improve the Togekiss pull. In play testing, the deck seems to set up rather slowly, and of course since it's so poke-power reliant, Cessation and Gardevoir hurt. I'm considering swapping Lapras for Pachirisu, and throwing in a few Warp Points (and/or possibly Windstorms) to counteract Cessation, but I'm not sure if anything can be done against Gardevoir. I'm considering switching out a Felicity's for another Steven's, a Copycat for Wager, and somehow working in one more Blissey line. Comments, criticisms and advice are appreciated.
