    [W] Dragon Pump: 40 damage. You may discard 2 cards from your hand. If you do, this attack does an additional 20 damage and does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon.

    Buck's Training – Supporter

    Draw 2 cards from your deck.
    When your Pokemon attacks, if this card is in play next to your Active Pokemon, each of your Active Pokemon's attacks does an additional 10 damage to any Active Pokemon.

    You can use a Supporter once during your turn. To use it, play it next to your Active Pokemon and discard it at the end of your turn.

    TM-TS-1 is the same as phiones attack except for no energy

    No Crystal beach in DP on (which is the only format you'd play Kingdra in a tournament in, so... :/). 'Sides, DP- doesn't have DRE, Boost, Scramble, or even Holon's Castform, so Crystal Beach would have no point.
    I'd... Try a few Felecity's Drawings instead? Kingdra's second attack if you get it out fast enough should place water in the discard more then quick enough, but the extra draw might come in handy.

    I don't think you have to worry about stadiums with this deck... What's going to Lake Boundary to KO Kingdra? Electrode already one shots it. Luxray and Raichu already one shot it. So that's just not a worry at all. Speed Stadium is so random it doesn't really matter when deck building. Snowpoint's HP increase to basics isn't enough to stop two hit KOs on... Anything ('sides stupid Ditto, who you can't Two hit KO anyway, and who usually can't do anything against you), so it doesn't matter.
    Now that I think about it, a Ditto in the mirror match is like having five Kingdras, and the fifth is Roseanne's Researchable. That sounds pretty cool... Plus it can steal Furret/RandomStarter tricks. Try a Ditto maybe?
