-3 Pachi
-1-0-1 Nidoqueen

You don't need a starter Pokemon, this is a speed deck, you don't need Nidoqueen either as you just cycle your Bees when they get KO'd. You can't afford the bench space for Pachi or Nidoqueen anyway (3 Beedrill, 1 Claydol, 1 Azelf/Uxie/2nd Claydol)

-4 Life Herb

Beedrill isn't a tank. Use SSU instead.

+4 SSU
+1 Plus Power
+1 Night Maintenance
+1 B T-S
+2 Cynthia (Beedrills will get KO'd. Draw 8 and you can get them back in play faster.

How many of each Beedrill do you play? Run 2-2 if you can, then my changes are:

- 3 Pachy
- 1-0-1 Queen
- 1-1 Claydol ( You'll only ever have room for one on the field )
- 4 Life Herb
- 1 TMS-2
- 1 Grass energy
- 2 WP
- 3 Plus Power

+ 4 SSU
+ 1 Unown G
+ 1 BTS
+ 3 Radar
+ 4 Quick Ball
+ 1 Skuntank G
+ 1-1 Shaymin
+ 2 Great Ball

These changes will speed it up so much, and be able to declutter your field for 4 Beedrill. I've taken out the Pluspower for a Skuntank G. Same effect, but only takes up one room and does the extra damage every turn. You can just retreat a beedrill for free to lose the poison.

The updated list doesn't look fast enough IMO.

Why waste 3 space on Pluspower when you can run one Skuntank G? Also Handy 910is/ Quick Ball are both better than Pokedrawer. I'd try and fit in at least 4 Quick Ball and 4 Handy 910is.
