St. Louis Sweep (with Juniors and Seniors both having a division) - The Fantasy Shop

OK, sorry, dad brag moment (and I wasn't there except to make sure it go off the ground and deliver door prizes)...

With 39 people and over 8 juniors and over 6 Seniors at a Battle Road today, my 7-year old went 4-0 to secure our first "Family Sweep" in quite some time.

Zane K - 1st place (4-0)

Alex K - 1st place (3-0) on his birthday

Zak K - 1st place (4-1) with a GAME LOSS given in round 5!!! (Against a player with the nickname GameLoss LOL)

So, um.....YAY!!!

See you all next week at Yeti for the Father's day Battle Road Finalie (Free BBQ for all players, spectators...) - and see the rest of my friends at Nats - except my foreign friends, I'll see you at WORLDS!!!

Vince you need to go for the Grand Slam. Kids win Nationals in all 3 age groups and Dad takes the Professor Cup. Worthy stuff for front page 'gym news if it happens.

Yeah, I was thrilled that my 7-year old won the event more than the other two....thought he was still a year or two away.

All 3 kids had to beat other kids who were qualified for Worlds, so this was no easy pickings.

Can't wait for the BBQ Finale at Yeti next Sunday!
