We'll have a Gamecube there tomorrow and the Colosseum bonus disk (and GBA/GCN link cable) so you can download Jirachi (and the bug fix) if you bring your GBA and Ruby or Saphire carts!

This was, without a doubt, the best ran premiere event in which I have ever had the pleasure of playing.

It even started on time! A premiere event that started on time! I always thought that there was a rule about starting late...:)

OK.Here`s all the info for the tournament.Thank you again to everyone that came and for being great sports and also a huge thank you again to Mike and Brian for doing outstanding jobs as judges.The 1st place winners were a mix of different states with a Virginian,a Carolinan,and an Ohioan taking the Medals.We ran 7 rounds(swiss +1) and broke to a Top 8.Everything ran smooth and there were no problems with the software including uploading it onto the site after the tourney.We also printed out the rounds via the screenshot software that Steve G(DaytonGymLeader) had put in his guide(thanks Steve for the recommendation and thanx Brian for doing the gruntwork on that).

All in all,I had a blast and am very thankful that everyone else did as well.

Again Sensei and everyone I met,

It was great fun. Very, very competitive playing. Some great games and a lot of fun. What more could you really ask for? I will be posting an insanely long (depending on MY memory...OH MAN) CC weekend report tomorrow as my brain is mush...

well......I really don't understand it. I created the web site/photo album and the local copy works fine. The copy I uploaded has certain problems, though :(. I thought it was the bad FTP uplink at work, but re-uploading from home made no difference...


edit - I re-created the album using a different style, try it now, it seems to be working better!

I'm glad you all had a great time over there in Stafford. 40 people! I could have met the legendary Gymbo! It had to be so much fun, sadly I had so many things going on down here in Hampton. I had to go to FBLA competitions, and MAJOR projects to do for school. But quite possibly I can make it up there again with my pokemon friends from here. We are planning on carpooling to attend the next PreRelease. But surprisingly I never been to a PreRelease tournament before and hope to have some fun. :thumb:

I know I wished I didn't have no work for school, but I'm really glad you all had 40 people.

So the Prerelease is gonna be on a Sunday? Usually your tournaments are on Saturday.
 
Yep,Sunday was the only choice for me this time due to family obligations.Will post info in the near future.
