Star reverse foil Raikou value?

I can only find the regular versions pricerange but not the holo/reverse foil version I found lying around. It's in mint condition. Any help? Would be appreciated!

I don't recall that card having an alternate foil version.
Does the foil have 3-D PokeBalls embedded in the image?
If not, then you have a counterfeit card.
