Ok, I still don't have enough of most of the good evolutions I've been thinking of for R/S and Sandstorm.(hopefully that will change soon)
So until then I will have my stars (and I do mean stars) shine on Wotc's Prime pokemon: SCIZOR
Pokemon 18
3 Scyther (50)
2 Scizor
3 Staryu (50)
3 Starmie
2 Sentret
2 Furret
1 Lapras ex (Not playing as well as I'd hoped however)
2 Claw Fossil (Really a pokemon now)
Trainers 25
4 Copycat
3 Prof. Oak's Research
2 Lanette's Net Search (Scyther, Staryu, Sentret, perfect for this deck)
1 Prof. Elm's Training Method
1 Fast Ball (may switch to Prof. Elms Train)
4 Potion
2 Oran Berry (Leaning towards switching in 1 or 2 instead of Potion)
1 Oracle
1 Fisherman
1 Lure Ball
2 Power Charge
1 Super Scoop Up (maybe a 3rd Power Charge)
2 Switch
Energy 17
8 Water
4 Metal
2 Rainbow
2 Warp
1 Boost
Scizor is still quite a force to be reckoned with. Starmie can beat Fire and the still played Scizor. This deck has had only a little testing in Eon and I'm thinking of a few other water backups that might do better in this new format. Such as Sharpedo, Ludicolo, and dare I say......Kabutops ex
Until then how does this look?
