I was the Head Judge in Ontario, Canada. I got those numbers from the printout at the beginning of the tournament. So, go with the official numbers from the site.

The Masters number you looked at does not include two players that were showing up in the wrong age division. The other age divisions should be up now, but until all the player upload errors are resolved the numbers may vary slightly from those above.

I don't see what it matters if i was head judge or not. I was there judging and know what the count was.

Experience, amongst other things. If you were to ask me the final count of the Wisconsin State Championships, I would've told you 28/40/70 or something like that. I knew the count before all the late entries came in, but didn't know it afterward. The same thing happened to me during every State level event or higher that I've ever Judged (and I've Judged, I think, 7 of them). The HJ and TO, OTOH, are in constant dialogue about the attendance levels and how many people have been entered into the computer.
I'm fine with the numbers if two different sources say the same number, or if the HJ or PTO gives the number. There's less of a chance of it changing if that happens. In this case, your numbers don't match with the PCI numbers. They've got 12/31/99 = 142 right now. Until either the HJ or PTO posts, or until I get two sets of numbers that match, I can't put it into the list officially. I don't want to go back and change things later. I want this to be as accurate as possible as quickly as possible.

Please, guys. It makes this all a LOT easier when I can get two numbers the same. Makes the reference point a little bit cleaner. Please, help me out with this! I'm certain that some of the Organizers and Judges around here would like to see these numbers exactly! (I know that I do ^_^)

If you will only accept the numbers if the PTO or head judge posts them then don't expect to get the counts for Michigan or Indiana. The head judge is not even a member of the gym and the PTO rarely posts on the gym. For those who will accept the count from a judge the below count is correct for both states listed.
