For the explination: Pretty Simple- GET EMPOLEON GOING... and keep Empoleons coming with its easy set-up LOL!!!
Pokemon:
Empoleon- Line-up self explanatroy OBV a Rare Candy set up!!!
Suicune- Not a great starter to get stuck with, but shines when its drawn mid to late game. Great picking up those empoleon line-ups out of the discard to continue the pressure.
Smeargle- Have had some energy shortage problems and just another basic to start out with for easier starts.

Trainers:
Pretty self explanatory
SEARCH, SEARCH, and SEARCH. Get your line going A.S.A.P.!!!
Censation Crystal- Searched for by Castaway and just run for anti-meta counter.
Glacia's Stadium- Searched for by Scott and just run for anti-meta counter.

Energy:
Double Rainbow- for a nice turn 1 or 2 Empoleon!!!

Final Notes- The Decks just fast and consistant all through-out the match!!!
 
Try adding some Scramble Energy. Just aqua shower over and over and over, being careful not to ko anything, until prinplup dies, by then you should have a second empoleon up, then drop a surprise scramble and clean the board. yeah, definitely try scramble.
 
how can you not be behind in prizes, you choose what to attack, if you absolutely HAVE to take a prize because you can't snipe anything without knocking it out than you should already be winning by a lot,

unfortunately though the srtategy of using prinplup to spread damage will only get you like 2 aqua showers max, it's just too easy to knock it out by t3, by t2 it MIGHT get donked by a lot of decks, gardy, morter, lucario, but by t3 ( your second aqua shower) you will def be knocked ouwt so you have to setup backup fast,

strategy wise try getting fast empoleon as oppossed to prinplup, snipe instead of spread, because empoleon lives long enough to lay a lot of damage, but remember never take a prize if you don't have to, when they kill the empleon you can come back with a scramble
