teh strategy is simple. all you gotta do is use phione to evolve quicker. when you do, start powering up a swampert cg and a swampert ex. you'll want to go all out against pokes like gardy, gallade, empoleon, and magmortar. infernape is the tech for dealing the most damage possible.

he played empoleon like 4-2-4 and infernape 1-0-1

Use Bebe's Search instead of Celio's Network. That way, you can get out Swampert ex, and extra cards with Claydol.

This deck needs moar wailord. I've seriously been thinking of building a Sawmpert Ex/Wailord deck I think it can turn out to be quite nasty. As a fun deck though, I don't have any hopes for it revolutionizing the metagame XD
