Ok, I was testing and looking at the scans and decided to test this card out. And I come up with this.

Strategy: Setup a Swampert SV and drag off everywhere. Marshtomp early as well to setup kos.Swampert GE to move and discard cards of top of their deck. Swamperts body is nice because it helps vs SP. Even if they have Dialga, Reclinth and Marshtomp can snipe and do damage to as well. Simple Strategy and it works well.
