T1 bannete deck! ~Revised~

I have a T1 banette deck and it doesn't look anything like this =\

Oh, and any list Team R has ever sold has gotten first. Including a Nationals. Sooo, I wouldn't say buying lists is bad. I think if you buy a good list from a good group then you could be making a smart decision. A good list-maker can tailor a deck to anyone's needs FOR them. Something people, honestly, don't even know how to do for themselves.

Hope you bought from the right people =O

Oh, and adding Castaway is iffy because you give GG the ability to use it- guaranteeing access to tech tools like strength charm, an energy, and their wager. You give them a free wager/charm/energy any time they need it. Be wary.

hmm okay, I'll think about not using castaway, I'll see if anyone in league has a card I want that they'd be willing to sell/trade.

ever heard of cessation crystal?

I dunno I heard it shuts down stuff and can be searched by castaway.

Oh and if you actually think cutting castaway cause of gg is a good idea then please quit the game.

Banette if built properly should like 95/5 GG easily but I could see why you have trouble with this list.

Ever heard of doing 80 every turn? I heard theres this card called lunatone thats needed about 60% of the time to get a bannette in the discard pile to keep doing 80 damage. I'm not sure about that card existing or it using a power to get that done.

On the list, drop the scott and a plus power for a 1-1 claydol. You will need 2-2 eventually but 1-1 is fine for the moment until you can adjust.

that is why this deck is terrible.

You use terrible cards that only make the deck more inconsistent rather than using supporters to get rid of banettes.

Learn how to use the deck properly or **** even make a SOMEWHAT competetive list.

Complete joke

Moclam, that is completely disrespectful, but thanks for brining this thread up again, i guess?

I built the list with claydol and it actually works a lot better, since the thread is up here again, I guess ill post the claydol version.

Plokoon, do not run DRES, the beach is one of the key points in winning games.. With DRE you shut yourself down.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions! There always welcome

i hope robert ector see's this thread.

Any one else any suggestions or comments? Need more advice rather then point out whats wrong with the deck. Thanks!

i would say add some quick balls to add more banette draw power. i would say take out one TGW and one Crystal beach and add two quicks. Dont you need some energy searcher like more roseanne or some mr stones project. I also play t2b but i dont get the point of having the risk of starting with baltoy so i just play lunasol and banette. so take out claydol for more balls and energy searchers and maybe some potion to heal your banettes after ghost head..

Keen player, thanks for pointing that out!!

berra_gud, I dont really think quick balls are nessacary, with claydol, it should be consistent enough to get a bannete almost every turn..

Ricardo, that comment is very true, Ive lost to gg maybe once or twice with by bannete deck.

thanks for the comments and suggestions

pokemon:
4-4 banny

energy:
12 psychic

trainers:
4 tvr
4 quick ball
4 cessation
4 TGW
4 pluspower
3 crystal beach
2 lake boundary

i'll let you fill in the rest if you want to use that, got me a city win with the rest of the trainers :thumb:

doppelganger, Seems like and odd list, But I like to abuse the power of claydol and lunatone to guarantee a bannete in the discard almost every turn. I like your list because it has cesslock and its gaurentee t2 bannete, but I'd rather be more consistent, and the lunatones help a lot against blissy and other things that are plus 30 weakness to fighting and have 130 hp. U sac a lunatone to do 50, then one hit it next turn with a bannete.

fair enough, my list is for the sketchy player, its the big risk. but one advantage to this deck is that you can become known by it, 'the dude who had 40 trainers in his deck' its funny when you beat people like that
