TCGO values

i've recently invested in trading for codes for the PTCGO.

I'm looking for what amount of packs a good value would be for commonly needed staples and pokemon.

Not sure anyone has figured out if there is a set 'value' yet. Bottom line is the value of the card to you personally.

In my first ~15 packs of Triumphant and ~20 packs of HGSS I pulled 3 Mew Primes and two Collectors. Then I traded nine codes to a friend for two Collectors and another Mew. At the time I thought that was excessive but it really tuned out to be a pretty good deal as 3000 cards later I just this morning pulled another Collector (5 codes) and can't pull a fourth Mew to save my life!

I think there is thread in the forums in the Community section of PTCGO where someone has #packs for specific cards. Take a look there.

You can get them fairly "cheap" if you are patient. But, if you are looking to get them and start building decks, check the PTCGO forums. Jolav probably has some of the better "prices."
