Teammates vs. Robo Substitute

If I have a Robo Substitute active and it gets Knocked Out, can I use Teammates on my turn? I would assume so since RS gets Knocked Out per its text, the only reason I ask is because Teammates specifically says "one of your Pokemon..." and someone at my League wanted an official response.

Yes, a Robo Substitute getting KO'd will trigger your ability to play Teammates.

It doesn't have the text "doesn't count as a Knocked Out Pokemon" that the old Clefairy Doll card had.
