Hey guys, I actually stole this idea from someone else and modified it a bit. Basically, you power up Lugia really fast, set up some other Pokemon who will boost Lugia's attacks, and win quickly by taking tons of prize cards. I'm not sure how competetive this deck could be but I think it has some potential. Here's the decklist.
