the game got stuck on the same screen-cant press anyhing

hello

i started to redeem codes from my booster box and after i got out from the program and returned the screen got stuck in the place where the program lets you know one booster pack is in my collection- i cannot press ok and move on or press anything else which forces me to press ctrl+alt+del several times untill i manage to get out.
now i tried everything- turned off the computer uninstall and reinstall the program but none of that helps- 2 days almost over and still every time i try to open the game i see the same note that one booster pack is in my collection without be able to press anything.

does anybody knows maybe what to do? or had this thing?:confused:

Its an inside game window that opens after you picked a booster pack from the shop that says on booster credit was added to your collection. Then you suppose to press on the ok botton but when i press on it nothing happens and my mouse stops working which forcing me to go out and sometimes turn off the computer

You should tell this problem to the ptcgo forums or subit a ticket to the support team, is what the mods usually say.
 
This exact same thing is happening to me. I load the game, before I can press anything else a glitched "redemption successful" screen pops up, and my entire computer freezes, necessitating a hard restart. Has happened every time I've tried to load the program today.

Update: Tried to get on PTCGO support site to submit a ticket. Redirected until I received the site down message. Tried to get on the PTCGO forums. Stuck in endless load cycle.

A little frustrating, to say the least.

ill try the support forum but if somone has an early answer i thing im still going to need it.

I too am dealing with this issue, it is really annoying! It happened literally right after I bought 250 codes as well. Hopefully we can resolve it soon! I sent in a support ticket as well.
 
back to normal :) the support team message :
