The 'Restricted by Ban' tournament (Round 1 Pairings up!)

Great, thanks you for joining! Let's make this tournament one to remember! :lol:

And looking at the list, I already can think up about 20 decks that can thrive in this format with some of the biggest threads that made them disappear, disappear themselves. :eek:
 
You just HAD to ban Ttar didn't you? :p

To be fair, I don't think Blaze FB is really ban worthy. It's good, but not THAT good. It's weaknesses are fairly even with it's strengths.

Also, for the cards that can potentially do 60+ damage for 1 energy (shuppet for example), are we able to have them do 60+ damage as long as they actually have 2 energy on them?

Well, for the format I'm creating, it's fairly broken in it's stats and supporting cards, even without Sableye thanks to Special Dark.

Yeah, that would be a no. The costs printed on the card show it;s limits. No way to get around that.
 
I'll participate, too.

One question, though. What about cards like Manectric PL that spread and can potentially do over 60 for 1?
 
I have a question. So even if a pokemon has 2 energy, it cant use an attack if it would do more than 60 if the Energy Cost os 1 or less? So its cost, not the actual ammount of energy attached?? Also, can we use an attack if it would do 60 but not directly as damage but placing counters, (Shadow Room for example).
 
Thank you. Good it wont effect my deck except for 1 card which can easily be replaced. You really are making this tough huh. lol This is going to be a very exciting tournament.

okay, i just got back from vacation WWNN,
i should be on most of tomorrow and most of sunday.
