Every card has to be a risk card like the old Gamble card or the Judgement Dusclops. Got it!?

i thought this was going to be based on the boardgame Risk - lol. Shouldnt you have some sort of list?

You need a set list if you're going to make a set, otherwise it can get disorganized.

Yeah, LOTS of grammar errors. And no offense, by the way.

hey ash's pikachu, you're not a very good person to talk about grammar errors.
In this case, "put it on" is CORRECT.
However, he forgot to put (This counts as evolving Eevee) after the "put it on".

And Either way, shuffle your deck afterwards.(The effects of rolling a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 count as evolving Eevee.)
    should just be
    Shuffle your deck afterward.

Eh, I was just using my knowledge of the "either way the Deending Pokemon is now blah blah blah" stuff. And of course I like making things simpler, even if it's not always correct. So, yeah.

flip a coin if heads ths attack does 100 damage if tails this attack does 40 damage to each of your pokemon

I like the Shadow Ball attack but Doom is to risky, I think it should be: Flip a coin, if heads discard all of your opponents cards in his or her hand, if tails discard all of your cards in your hand.

Nah, Dark Doom simply speeds up what is bound to happen in a game anyway.

Sometimes it comes down to a flip anyway. That was sort of my point :thumb:

But the game wouldn't be fun or long that way.

    I'll do one!

    Delibird ex 100 HP (W)
    Basic Pokemon
    (EX Rule)

    Poke-BODY: Hustle
Whenever Delibird ex attacks, you may flip a coin (before calculating base damage). If heads, double the base damage of the attack. If tails, the attack does nothing (not even damage).

    (W) Wing Attack (20)

    (W)(W) Present (?)
Flip 3 coins. If 1 is heads, this attack's base damage is 0 and remove 2 damage counters from the Defending Pokemon. If 2 are heads, this attack's base damage is 50. If all are heads, this attack's base damage is 120. If all are tails, this attack's base damage is 0 and remove 8 damage counters from the Defending Pokemon.

    Weakness: (M)
    Resistance:
    Retreat Cost: (C)

(edited to change grammar of "Present" a little bit)

    Snorlax is now Asleep

    (C)(C)(C) Rollout 40+

    If I may make one...

    Spinda EX 90 HP [C]

    Poke-Power: Teeter Dance
Once during your turn(before you attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, both your active Pokemon and the defending Pokemon are now confused. If tails, your active Pokemon is now confused. This power cannot be used if Spinda EX is effected by a special condition.

    [C] Risky Attack (80)
Flip a coin. If tils, this attack does nothing to the defending Pokemon, and Spinda EX does 120 damage to itself.

    [C][C][C] Spin Punch (50+)
If Spinda EX is confused, this attack does 50 damage plus 30 more damage, and the defending Pokemon is now paralyzed.

    Weakness- [F]
    Resistance-
    Retreat Cost- [C][C]

I like it, it's really cheap in some ways, and pretty bad in others. =P
