I can't decide which of these decks is better. Fixes are also welcome.

Use Dusknoir to mess with their bench. To help Dusknoir's power, use Palkia lv.X's and Luxray's powers. While their defenses are down, you hit them hard with Dusknoir or Palkia depending on the situation.




I am probably going too run one of these next season, so it would be great to know which one is better. Thanks!

i would say the torterra deck, just because i have a similar deck built, and it runs REALLY GOOD. Ive been getting my kingdra deck to run amazing though, so im not really playing it much anymore. but i would play torterra if i was in that position.

Because you have 2 torterras for power 1 MD and 1 lv.x and the DP torterras are a lot better because they have amazing healing power so they are close to invincible with SSU.
 
Ok, I agree that torterra is better now, BUT we still need to make fixes on the torterra deck.
