If I arrive Saturday morning for U.S Nationals, and I'm in line before 8:30, will I be guaranteed to play in the Masters division?

I won a State Championship, and I informed P.O.P that I was attending, does that mean I'm preregister for Nationals?

What day will P.O.P be giving out the $300 for State Championship winners?

I disagree with the answer to question 1. There is a possibility that 512 Masters players register during the preregistration period Friday. Per the FAQ, POP may not exceed the cap of 512, especially if the other age groups fill as well. I suspect that the probabilty of 512 Masters, 256 Seniors and 256 Juniors registering on Friday is small, but I believe that it is greater than zero.
