Strategy:

Pretty simple strat that does tend to rely on alot of luck for perfection but is good without it. Use Blastoise+Holon Circle to waterlog and set up Dialga utilizing Time Skip as much as possible then hit for 80 when suitable to u. the Holon Circle and Time Skips when working allow for much time to set urself up and in time skips case u can keep them from setting up as well while u hit for 80 to knock out their lower stages. Incase of Mortar Blastoise D shuts off weakness and the other Blastoise is it's weakness.

Thats a really cool idea. My only concerns are there isn't a starter pokemon to help you set up and how do you counter stuff like cessation crystal and windstorms. I would also add some warp points to help get around the high retreat costs of the Dialgas and Blastoises.

Team Galactic's Mars is not a real draw card. Now...Team Galactics Wager, is a man's draw card. Use Holon Circle + TGW in a combination special to really get draw pass turns out of your opponent.
