TO Testing--Helpy!!

Hoooowdy. I have a slighjt dilemma. I started a league about 6 months ago in Pittsbuirgh, PA. The problem being, I'm 16 years old and cannot run tournaments. How and Where can I put the card shop owner through the TO test? Is it possile for him to be TO and I just judge?

This is not a rulings question, and would better be served in one of the other forums like "Tournaments and Organized Play".

However, you can have your store owner go to http://op.pokemon-tcg.com/tournaments/tournament_organizers.asp and sign up there to be a Tournament Organizer (TO). Please note that they will have to create a "MyPokemon" account if they do not already have one.
