    Format: POP sets! (or HP-MD...)
    Deck: Top of the POPS

    4 x Riolu P6 008
    4 x Lucario P6 002
    4 x Ralts P7 015
    3 x Kirlia P7 008
    4 x Gallade P7 002
    1 x Corsola P7 013
    4 x Spinda P7 017
    1 x Stantler P7 009
    Number of Pokemon (14+7+4) = 25

    4 x Bill's Maintenance P5
    4 x Pokemon Fan Club P4
    3 x Rare Candy P5
    4 x TV Reporter P2
    Number of Trainers = 15

    9 x Fighting Energy
    4 x Psychic Energy
    3 x Double Rainbow Energy P5
    2 x Heal Energy P4
    2 x Scramble Energy P4
    Number of Energy = 20

Point: Use only modified-legal cards from the POP sets (TV Reporter gets away with it due to reprint in DF).

Strategy: Its a HitStuff, really :p
None of the starters are bad, so go with what you get. Spinda is preferred. Try for an early aggro Gallade, and then tidy things up with Lucario. Don't be afraid to plonk down energy whenever you can. You can't afford to put up sacrifices, everyone has to pay their way, so don't play cautiously. It could work!

Suggestions? Corsola appears to be a better starter, but there are no evolution searching cards, so Spinda gets things cycling quicker. Don't suggest any non-POP cards!

Wormadam Sandy Cloak looks like a good card to work with TV Reporter. Bidoof POP 6 could cycle back the Supporters.
