Does Training Center stadium still give 30+ HP to Stage 1 or Stage 2 which was evolved to Break evolution?

My thought is that it still should apply, to the new Break Pokemon so for example Zoroark with Zoroark Break evolution would go from 140 HP to 170 HP. Is this correct?

Second question: Please confirm cards like Evosoda and Wally can be used to search and evolve to Break cards. On the other-hand, Rare Candy cannot be used to evolve to Break cards as Rare Candy specifically mentions use for Stage II Pokemon, correct?

1. No, sorry. They are no longer Stage 1 Pokemon. They are now Break Evolution Pokemon and so don't get the benefit of Training Center.

2. Yes, that is correct. BREAK cards are evolution cards, so Wally and Evosoda can be used, and Rare Candy cannot for the reason you state.
