Well, I seem to remember a simular deck that used to plague old Modified and Unlimited... Charizard and Venusuar. People used to play versions of this deck so much, it wasnt even funny. Not the best deck in the world, but has high potential... lets try this in new modified...
3/2/3 Charizard (Exp holo, maybe 1 Dragons to get discarded energy?)
3/2/3 Sceptile (Energy Trans, maybe 1 Holo Lizard Poison??)
2 Sprarce
2 Roselia
3 Nurse
3 Briney
3 Copycat/Oak
3 Nav
3 Oracle
3 Rare Candy
2 Fisherman
2 TV
3 Switch
15 Grass
Char is a risky beast... Early set up with Roselia is awsome, set G down 3 a turn (1 attach per turn, 2 for attack). Sparce/Oracle/Nav oughta get set up quick. Char can change all G to R, and with 2 flips, discard 0,2, or 4 energy and do 120 damage!!!. Nurse/Briney keep Pokemon healthy when near KO, and keep prizes away....
