Trouble after the 1-16-13 scheduled maintenance?

I had to uninstall and re-install the PTCGO program (including the installer .exe). Everything works fine now.

I also had to re-install the program, but I'm on a Mac.

I had to as well, I am on a pc.

I uninstalled and reinstalled on a PC but now my card images are all messed up. Most of the cards are lacking color, many basic energy cards are completely blank(making it nearly impossible to tell what they are when not attached to a pokemon), and several Trainer and Pokemon cards are completely blank except for their text. Anyone had this error?

I'm probably gonna try to un/install again and see if that fixes it.

Since the update I can't get rid of the icon for new messages/notifications.

I haven't been able to play online with my imac since the new patch, I uninstalled and reinstalled several times but I just get stuck at the loading screen. Any help is appreciated.

Go into the Pokemon folder, wherever the program has been installed. Uninstall the program, then delete everything from that folder. Then, re-download, and it should work.
