Trouble with the installer.

Hi I knew to this site and just stopped in to asks some questions, I was recently trying to download the online TCG but I'm having trouble with it, every time I click on the installer the screen refreshes like its about to run but then it never does, I've tried re downloading it but no matter what it just doesn't work, I would really appreciate some help.
 
Try right clicking the installer then select 'Run As Administrator'. I'm not sure if it will work but it's worth a shot. Also try restarting your computer and then run the installer.
