The format has finally changed here in Mexico, although I was getting quite fond of my gatrcattysect deck, I like the change. This deck is for E-on with no promos allowed other than Nintendo Promos.

Pokemon: 20

4 Mudkip (RS)
3 Marshtomp (RS)
3 Swampert (RS)
3 Eevee/Skitty (SS)/(RS)
3 Espeon/Delcatty (SS)/(2RS/1SS)
2 Hitmonchan ex (RS)
2 Azurril (SS)

Trainers: 24

3 Wally's Training
3 Copycat
3 Juggler
3 Oran Berry
2 Moo Moo Milk
2 Fisherman
2 Claw Fossil
2 Lure Ball
2 Oracle
1 Fan Club
1 Lannette's Search
1 Town Volunteers

Energy: 16

5 fighting
11 Water

Strategy: Power up Swampert and Chan incase of Lightinig Pokes. Espeon is a really good back up hitter, since I can load it with lots of energy thanks to Swampert quite quickly. The only problem I see with this deck is quick lightining Pokes, and Wailord ex, which will be hard to take down, and nearly impossible to OHKO with any of my pokes, but sleep from Swampert may help. I can't decide what evoline to use, Delcatty or Espeon since Espeon is a good hitter, but Delcatty gives me drawing advantage. Suggestions, fixes, etc. are welcome :)

For E-on there is enough trainers that you don't need Delcatty so I would go with Espeon. You have enough with Copycat and Juggler though I prefer Oak's Research as 2nd to Copycat.
