    4 Warp Point (Chatot+Warp=OWNED)
    4 Cessation Crystal
    4 Quick Ball
    3 Pluspower
    1 Strength Charm
    1 TSD
    1 Maintenance

    Energy (17)
    4 Boost
    4 Call
    2 FF
    7 Fire

    The strategy is just like any other Blissey.
    Chatot is an alternate starter with free retreat.
    Blissey w/ Call Energy is the other ideal start.
    Get out a T2 Blissey and manipulate TVR and Felicitys to get energy in the discard pile for Blisseys attack.
    4 Cessation is COMPLETELY necessary. So many decks nowadays fail to pack Windstorm into their decks because Gardy is so popular and Warp just proves to be so much more effective.
    Blissey is a tank though and combined w/ 4 Cessation, 4 Warp Point and 3 Pluspowers and 1 Strength Charm it can be a huge menace to the opponent.
    Hopefully Blissey decks will see a revival with the release of Garchomp and having a decent matchup against Eeveelutions.
