The time limit was just about to expire when the site went down. I'd really rather not take it again, I will if I have to, but that doesn't really seem right. I had no access to the questions when the site went down, so it's not like I had extra time to take it or anything. I'm thinking of writing an e-mail, but I'm not sure how this will be looked at.

I don't know if it was scheduled maintenance or what, but If you have to take the prof. test make sure you do your best to find out when maintenance will be.

Write the e mail. Pokemon customer service can help, Pokegym cannot.

Very well, I shall. I just didn't want to take up customer service's valuable time however, if infact they would be unable to help. If someone had perhaps had experience on this subject that would have given me good indication of whether or not to send an e-mail. Also I would like people to be aware that this happens, because even though it may be fixable, it will take a little time and the involvement of customer service, and if such a thing can be avoided it should be.
