This one would probably make sense to Dayton Gym Leader.

I recieved a name and passoword at the EX Dragon Prerelease. I tried to get my ranking, but it said I didn't exist in their system. What would that mean? More importantly, how can I get back in?
 
It means that your TO(the one that gave you your number) hasnt entered the resuslts from the tournament in which he gave you your id#. Contact your TO and make sure that he has entered the results for the tournament.
 
But I read on here that he did enter it in, the results of the EX Dragon Prerelease in Butler. I know Dayton Gym Leader put it in. And I checked my ID and Password twice, so its not that. So why am I not in the system if I was entered?
